Customer Enquiries & Problem Resolution

• Respond warmly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, online chat, and email.

• Understand customer issues accurately and provide appropriate solutions or product information.

• Handle matters relating to product usage, order status, after-sales service, complaints, and other enquiries efficiently

System Operations & Documentation

• Use customer service systems, CRM systems, and other relevant internal tools.

• Record every customer interaction and resolution clearly, accurately, and completely.

Customer Relationship Management

• Proactively follow up on complex issues and update customers on progress in a timely manner.

• Collect and summarise frequently asked questions, customer feedback, and suggestions; prepare regular reports for supervisors.

• Handle customer complaints professionally, de-escalate concerns, resolve conflicts, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen professional knowledge and communication skills.
