What We’re Looking For

• SPM qualification or above.

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Background in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage, but candidates from F&B, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or other service industries are welcome.

• Strong communication skills and a confident, pleasant personality.

• Able to connect with customers from different backgrounds and build genuine rapport.

• Comfortable with consultative selling, storytelling, and understanding customer needs.

• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and create a warm, personalized shopping experience.

• Understand customers' preferences and recommend suitable pieces based on their style, occasion, and budget.

• Build strong knowledge of the products and confidently share details about the design, craftsmanship, and inspiration behind each collection.

• Work towards personal and store sales goals by engaging customers and creating meaningful conversations rather than simply promoting products.

• Assist with daily store operations, including stock checking, inventory updates, and order coordination.

• Keep the boutique neat, organized, and aligned with the brand's presentation standards.

• Assist customers with purchases, collections, deliveries, and other after-sales arrangements.

• Participate in promotional activities, events, and other store initiatives.

• Work according to the assigned retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.
