Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

Experience in HRD Corp (HRDC) applications, claims, training grants, and related documentation will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of Malaysian Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

Strong experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee matters, workplace issues, and internal communication.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Mandarin proficiency is mandatory.

Source suitable candidates and search, collect, and screen resumes based on the Company’s hiring requirements.

Develop new recruitment channels and maintain the candidate database.

Handle HRD Corp (HRDC) matters, including training grant applications, claims, training coordination, and related documentation.

Manage Employee Relations, including employee communication, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and internal coordination.

Assist in managing and organizing HR documents and employee records.

Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.

Ensure HR processes comply with Malaysian Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.

Assist Management and the Company Director with daily administrative, coordination, and related matters.

Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
