As a Director, HR (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and manage the HR team

• Provide leadership and strategic business partner role to the organisation and board's committee

• Review and implement the HR policies

• Oversee the talent management, performance management, organisational development, remuneration and welfare, staff retention and engagement, budget planning and manpower planning

• Provide guidance and advice on all HR policies and services

• Lead and empower stakeholders on change management

• Develop and review compensation and benefits programmes

• Advise to management and board committees on government-initiated manpower-related initiatives

• Conduct annual review on all HR matters and services

• Provide oversight to payroll function and ensure timely payroll processing on monthly basis

• Perform the secretariat role to the Board’s HR Committee

Requirements:

• Min. Degree qualification, preferably in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent field.

• Min. 5 years of HR managerial experience is preferrable.
