Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Operations Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of compensation programs and special compensation projects across the organization. The role will report to Head of Total Rewards; the incumbant will ensure accurate, timely and well-governed execution of compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of compensation programs and special compensation exercises, including planning, data preparation, calculations, approvals, implementation and reconciliation.
• Consolidate and validate compensation data, ensuring accuracy, appropriate controls and clear audit trails.
• Manage project timelines, actions, risks and exceptions, providing regular progress updates to leadership.
• Support employee communications and the resolution of compensation-related queries.
• Continuously improve compensation processes, tools, controls and operational efficiency.
• Handle highly confidential compensation and employee information with a high level of discretion and sound judgment

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation Operations or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities, with a proven ability to leverage AI, automation and digital tools to drive efficient, accurate and scalable compensation operations.
• Proven experience managing complex compensation projects end to end.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Experience with HRIS, compensation systems or incentive programs is preferred.
• Strong ownership, judgment, confidentiality and execution capability.
