• Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant/F&B operations.

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations.

• Able to manage staff, stock, cash handling, and daily operations.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

1. Staff Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff (servers, hosts, cashiers)

• Train new employees on service standards and company policies

• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback

• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift assignments

2. Customer Service

• Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain a welcoming and friendly dining environment

3. Operations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for supplies

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

4. Financial Duties

• Assist with cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting

• Monitor expenses and help control operational costs

• Support management in achieving sales targets
