About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced HNW Client Servicing Executive to join their expanding client services team. You will act as the key point of contact between clients, sales and operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction and retention. This position plays an important part in their growth strategy within the insurance technology sector. The ideal candidate is a current Financial Advisor that is keen to remain in the insurance industry but in a non-sales role.

Responsibilities

• Review all client documentation thoroughly to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements
• Ensure clients are clearly informed of relevant risks associated with their accounts, products, or transactions before proceeding, in plain and understandable language
• Act as a checkpoint to confirm that clients genuinely understand the terms, policies, and risk disclosures presented to them — not just that forms are signed
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information in documentation early, and proactively resolve them with clients or internal stakeholders to prevent downstream delays
• Streamline and facilitate the onboarding/servicing process by coordinating between clients, relationship managers, and compliance teams, removing friction wherever possible
• Prepare detailed financial plans and proposals based on thorough analysis of client requirements
• Maintain meticulous records of document review, disclosures made, and client acknowledgments for audit and governance purposes
• Continuously flag opportunities to simplify or improve documentation workflows and policy communication

Requirements

• CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A)
• The ideal candidate should come from financial advisory background that is not keen on continuing in sales.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in client services, financial advisory, or relationship management within banking, insurance, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, investment instruments, and financial planning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to a diverse range of clients
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
