Prepare, review, and interpret structural and architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Perform engineering calculations and analysis for structural integrity and feasibility.
Prepare design reports, method statements, and technical submissions for authorities (BCA, LTA, etc.).
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro and other engineering software for design and drafting.
Supervise on-site construction activities and monitor progress against project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations.
Resolve technical issues and design discrepancies arising on-site.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and MOM / BCA / Workplace Safety requirements.
Assist in tender preparation, cost estimation, and material quantity take-offs.
Attend project meetings and liaise with clients and authorities as required.
Support continuous improvement in construction methodologies and best practices.
