Handle end-to-end airfreight export shipments, including bookings, documentation, cargo coordination, export clearance, billing, and shipment closure.
Manage customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status, departure schedules, and operational matters.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking providers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient shipment processing.
Monitor shipment performance against agreed SLAs, operational KPIs, and company procedures.
Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and export clearance issues, with particular attention to complex and high-value cargo.
Recommend operational improvements to increase productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, billing information, and compliance-related documentation.
Provide operational support and guidance to junior customer service staff.
Escalate unresolved operational and customer service issues to management and ensure effective follow-up.
