Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role
You keep Moxy Melaka’s rooms and public spaces fresh, clean and guest-ready. You lead the housekeeping Crew and make sure every room matches the Moxy standard.

What you’ll do

• Supervise room attendants and public area cleaners on shift
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards
• Assign daily room allocations and coordinate room status with Front Office
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering and follow up until they’re fixed
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints
• Monitor linen, amenities and cleaning supplies, and help with inventory
• Train new Crew on SOPs, safety and chemical handling
• Support pre-opening setup, including room readiness checks and the deep clean before opening

What we’re looking for

• SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• At least 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including 1 year as a supervisor or senior attendant
• Sharp eye for detail and hands-on leadership
• Familiar with PMS or housekeeping systems (Opera Cloud is a plus)
• Good Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
