Monday - Saturday, 7am - 3:30pm or 3pm - 11pm

What you'll be doing

• Performing routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems to minimise downtime and extend asset lifespan
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and failures using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Repairing, replacing, and upgrading electrical components, wiring, motors, transformers, and control systems
• Conducting safety inspections and tests on electrical installations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation for all work completed
• Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns and providing solutions to restore operational capability
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and engineering staff to coordinate work schedules and share technical knowledge
• Advising on electrical safety protocols and best practices across the organization
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings in electrical systems and maintenance processes

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to identify equipment faults and carry out basic repairs or replacements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and safe working practices.
