Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to lead social media content creation, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze performance to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth for Zest Clinic and Zest Oasis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content including copywriting, visuals, short-form videos, reels, and TikTok Live to increase audience engagement and brand visibility
• Collaborate with founders and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content calendars, and deliverables with outsourced marketing agencies to ensure timely and effective execution
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics such as social media engagement, lead generation, campaign outcomes, and return on marketing spend to inform strategy adjustments
• Work with the Client Engagement Officer to respond to client inquiries, aiming to convert leads into booked appointments and sales
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities and optimize campaigns
• Support promotions, events, marketing materials, and other brand-building activities to enhance customer engagement and business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media content creation
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Creative with effective copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Comfortable collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
