Executive, Spare Parts Operations

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Executive, Spare Parts Operations to support daily spare parts management and warehouse operations at CARSOME Certified Lab (CCL). This role is responsible for handling spare parts receiving, inventory control, stock recording, storage, and distribution to ensure efficient and accurate store operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and store operations, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming spare parts shipments and inspect items for discrepancies or damage.
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately in the inventory system.
• Issue, receive, store, and organize spare parts according to designated bin locations.
• Apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure proper stock rotation.
• Perform inventory control activities, including picking, packing, stock checking, and order preparation.
• Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of spare parts.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical stock against system records.
• Assist superiors with spare parts enquiries, purchasing activities, and related operational matters.
• Ensure all damaged parts are properly documented and reported to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all stock movements and goods received.
• Ensure the store area is safe, secure, clean, and well-organized in accordance with 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations, store management, or inventory control.
• Proficient in computer applications and inventory recording systems.
• Good numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
