• Support new product development activities from initial concept through prototype development and mass production.
• Assist in designing and analyzing electrical circuits for battery charging, power supply, and related applications.
• Perform electrical tolerance analysis and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential design risks.
• Participate in prototype builds and pilot production runs to verify product functionality and performance.
• Conduct electrical testing and verification according to product specifications, documenting results in technical reports.
• Prepare and release electrical drawings, prints, and component qualification reports.
• Evaluate electronic components and develop test procedures and fixtures to verify compliance with functional requirements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to test designs, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Develop proficiency in electrical testing equipment, instrumentation, and relevant industry standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support product quality, reliability, safety, and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with fewer than 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuit design, schematic interpretation, and circuit analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of battery charging and discharging characteristics, battery cells, and charger design.
• Familiarity with digital communication interfaces such as I2C and USB.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, including Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
• Exposure to electrical schematic design and PCB layout software.
• Ability to troubleshoot digital circuits, with an understanding of RF technology considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies or relevant Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
• Exposure to hazardous-location and product safety certifications, such as ATEX, TIA, INMETRO, MSHA, CSA, or UL.
