-         Read technicaldrawings and set up the machines in accordance with the blueprints

-         Use computersoftware to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly

-         Responsible ofsetting the machine to meet the First Article base on the customer drawing,tolerance and dimensions

-         Perform qualityassurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications

-         Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality

-         Choosing and loading the correct tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly

-         Trouble shoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise

-         Perform basicmachine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening

-         Responsible of providing and guide the operators on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs, and to use the gauges to check the critical dimensions for all parts.

-         Manage NPI and RFQ
