Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Trade Support Assistant (Specialty Fats Division) di ICOF (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

a) Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.

b) Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in an export sales or shipping environment.

c) Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.

d) Literate in Microsoft Office application: Excel, Words and Power Point.

e) Good command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages will be added advantage

f) Ability to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently and precise attention to detail.

1) Email the Performa Invoice & Sales Contract to customer and signed the sales contract email to the PIC in Indonesia and Singapore.

2) Prepare main CI & Sub CI for every shipment.

3) Liaise with PPIC on Cargo Readiness (CRD) and monitor CRD/ shipment planning at OCL report.

4) Send the Shipment Schedule to customer and update the status to PIC of Singapore.

5) Send draft document for customer verification and update courier detail to customer.

6) Follow up outstanding payment (AR).

7) Assist traders on operation issue.

8) Assist customer shipment problem/ complaint.

9) Liaise with buyers on shipment requirements/ condition.

10) To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required.
