Job Description
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and coordinate staff to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
- Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain good business relationships.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant management experience is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
