Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Manager, Enterprise Platforms di JLand Group - JLG Federal Territory - Maukerja

Purpose

Own the strategy, roadmap and performance of the enterprise platforms that power the group's real-estate-as-a-platform ambitions, aligning technology investment with business outcomes across the property value chain.

Key responsibilities

•        Platform strategy: Define and maintain the multi-year enterprise platform roadmap and target architecture in partnership with business and group leadership.

•        Platform ownership: Oversee the lifecycle of core real estate platforms (e.g. property and project management, sales and leasing, CRM, customer and tenant experience, ERP and finance integrations).

•        Delivery and value: Prioritize the portfolio, govern delivery with product owners and vendors, and track benefits, adoption and ROI.

•        Architecture and integration: Ensure platforms are interoperable, scalable and data-ready, with sound API and integration standards.

•        Vendor and partner management: Manage vendor selection, contracts, SLAs and commercial performance.

•        Governance and risk: Embed security, compliance, data privacy (including PDPA) and change management into platform decisions.

•        Leadership: Build and lead a team of platform owners, analysts and architects, and engage senior stakeholders across business units.

Requirements

•        Degree in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field

•        Around 10+ years in enterprise applications or platforms, with 3+ years in a leadership role

•        Experience in real estate, property development, proptech or a similar asset-heavy industry is a strong advantage

•        Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills

•        Track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes
