- Candidates should have relevant payroll experience in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Malaysia.
- Must have strong end-to-end payroll processing experience, including knowledge of statutory contributions, payments, and tax-related requirements.
- Must have experience managing payroll for 500+ employees end-to-end.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- The role will be responsible for managing payroll across two entities/markets, covering Malaysia & Singapore or Hong Kong.
- Experience working with Oracle MyHR is preferred.
- Experience working with Payroll EDP or other payroll vendors will be an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- BPO/payroll outsourcing domain experience will be an added advantage.
