We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the façade maintenance & building solutions industry.

This is not a role for someone who simply waits for leads.

We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, develop their own pipeline and, most importantly, close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline

• Source new business opportunities and convert leads into projects

• Develop relationships with building owners, developers, contractors, consultants and industry partners

• Identify opportunities in façade maintenance, re-sealant, glass replacement and A&A works

• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate with clients

• Drive opportunities from initial contact through to project closure

• Represent the company at industry events, meetings and trade shows

• Contribute to business development and market expansion strategies

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of Business Development / Sales experience in any industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident, proactive and target-driven

Able to develop relationships and generate your own opportunities

Strong follow-up and closing ability

Comfortable meeting clients and representing the company professionally

Façade industry experience is an advantage, but NOT required. We provide training for the right candidate.
