Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and nurture relationships with prospects and clients. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Day-to-day activities include managing accounts, attending client meetings, supporting contract negotiations, and monitoring performance against sales targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven Account Management capabilities, with experience maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-related solutions is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets.
