Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Labuan, Malaysia
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Salary: MYR 1,800–2,100 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Actively participate in all assigned HSE programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with the 6S standards.
• Immediately stop work and report to the manager in the event of any HSE incident or unsafe condition.
• Review all relevant ORA, HRA, MOC, and Work Permit requirements before commencing work.
• Exercise Stop Work authority whenever necessary to ensure safe work execution.
• Follow all company safety procedures and requirements when handling materials, equipment, and chemicals.

2. Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Optimize warehouse and yard layouts to improve workflow, efficiency, and productivity using Lean principles.
• Coordinate with AMO, Manufacturing, Service Delivery, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Perform general warehouse and yard activities, as well as other operational projects assigned by management.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and asset verification, including CC/API activities.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into the relevant systems.
• Ensure all activities and deliveries meet the requirements outlined in the applicable local Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. 6S & Lean

• Implement and maintain the 6S methodology:
• Sort
• Set in Order
• Shine
• Standardize
• Sustain
• Safety
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and yard efficiency through Lean practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent professional qualification/certification.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and dangerous goods/materials handling.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to apply mathematical concepts in daily work.
• Basic computer/PC skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
