Looking for candidate who is meticulous and able to multi-task, job description as follow:
PO processing
Liaising between supplier & in-house team on shipment schedules
Issuing of DO & Invoice to customers
Liaising with in-house team to ensure sufficient stocks & stock replenishment
Assist in Stock taking every Quarterly & Year end.
Monitor & ensure deliveries are sent to customers
Assist on new Artwork drawings processing between supplier & customers
Feedback & follow up with supplier for any Quality issues
Provide Customer service support
Submit monthly Sales report to management
Assist on CAR reports & ensure Corrective actions are properly implemented
Sourcing for new vendors/suppliers when necessary
Monitoring on receivables aging report and assist to ensure customers pay promptly
Location: Tuas (Near Mrt Station)
Working days: Monday-Friday
