- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities for aviation and logistics services.
- Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, ground handlers, transport providers, and vendors to ensure smooth cargo and operational movements.
- Support flight operations, cargo handling, documentation, and shipment coordination activities.
- Ensure timely execution of operational requirements and adherence to customer service standards.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain operational and shipping documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
- Monitor and ensure proper filing and record keeping of operational documents.
- Assist in handling operational audits and regulatory inspections when required.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status, operational updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery.
- Support escalation handling and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare operational reports as required.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Assist management with operational planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Participate in operational meetings and provide operational updates when required.
