Job Description
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Handle data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other documents.
Manage and prioritise incoming and outgoing communications.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and resolve minor operational issues.
Provide administrative support for daily operations and other tasks as required by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
