Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction, Mechatronics or related fields is preferred.

Hands-on — willing to go on-site, understand problems and demonstrate solutions

Independent — able to take ownership without needing constant supervision

Technically curious — interested in learning specialised construction technology

Mandarin-speaking — highly preferred for customer communication

Looking for a role where you can build something of your own, rather than simply manage an existing customer base?

We are hiring Technical Sales Engineers for newly created positions in Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.

Each territory will be led by one dedicated sales professional — giving you the autonomy to develop the market, build your own customer network and take ownership of business growth in your territory.

You’ll be selling Machine Control, GNSS, Geomatics, Laser & Smart Construction Technology to contractors, civil engineering teams and equipment users.

What You'll Own

• Develop new business with contractors, developers, civil engineers, site teams and equipment owners

• Identify construction/site challenges and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Present and demonstrate Machine Control, GNSS, Laser, Total Station & related solutions

• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions

• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow through from sales to implementation

• Build long-term customer relationships and develop your own territory

• Work independently on technical hands on and while coordinating with the technical/service team when required.
