Objectives of the position:

The Harnessing Operator must be a communicative, analytical, and creative team player who can achieve high levels of production.

An individual who is mature and possesses a good attitude with willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, strip, crimp, and assemble cables according to drawings and work instructions.
• Meet daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Operate tools and equipment safely within assigned training and authorization.
• Check components, dimensions, connections, and assembly quality.
• Report defects, material discrepancies, and equipment issues, and separate defective items.
• Complete production records and quality checklists, and maintain product traceability.
• Pack and label finished goods as required.
• Maintain 5S standards, follow safety procedures, and wear required PPE.
• Any other ad hoc production duties assigned by the team leader/manager

Skills & Qualification:

• Mature candidates and fresh graduates with no relevant working experience are welcome to apply
• Able to understand and perform simple mathematical calculations
• Able to read ruler measurements
• Able to identify colours (coloured electrical cables & wires)
• Good eyesight
• Good attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,800.00 per month
