Kerja Operation - Retail Associate (Immediate Start) di Artisan Of Sense Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on individual to join the atelier as soon as possible.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative and can manage daily tasks independently. Responsibilities range from product preparation, order fulfilment, handling enquiries and supporting retail routine. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the atelier and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail and atelier operations, providing attentive customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist with product preparation, production and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate enquiries and follow-ups with corporate clients, stockists and customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
• Pick, pack and fulfil online and corporate orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks and general administrative tasks.
• Support retail sales by engaging customers and recommending suitable products.
• Carry out other operational duties as required.

Previous experience in Project Coordination, Client Servicing or Operations is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome candidates who are willing to learn, take responsibility and contribute positively to a small business.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
