Senior HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business units to understand manpower needs, attract suitable talent, deliver a positive candidate and onboarding experience
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, shortlisting, reference checks, salary proposals and candidate offer
• Liase with Hiring Manager on manpower requirements, recommend suitable sourcing channels and build a sustainable talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including appointment letters, work pass applications, medical check-ups, documentation, system updates and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee information and HR documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee matters, including leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, appraisal exercises, staff welfare
• Review and improve recruitment, onboarding and HR processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and HR operations.
