Kerja Sepenuh Masa, English Tutor di Good School Learning Hub - Maukerja

We’re Not Hiring Employees. We’re Building the Next Generation of Education Leaders.

NEW! Hiring for AY2027!

If you’re looking for an easy tutoring job to earn some extra cash, stop reading. If you’re the kind of person who believes you’re meant to grow a legacy, keep reading.

We’re looking for a Primary English Tutor with the following traits:

1. Someone who brings energy, clarity, and presence to every class — a tutor who keeps students focused, motivated, and inspired.

2. Someone with a growth mindset — always learning, always improving, never satisfied with “good enough”.

3. Someone who focuses on solutions, not excuses — a problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done.

4. Someone who takes pride in his or her craft — constantly refining, learning, and pushing themselves until excellence becomes his or her standard.

This isn’t about marking worksheets. This is about mastering the art of teaching, leading a team, and eventually running your own branch. You’ll learn our full system and be trained to operate at founder level if you are good enough.

If you do well, this won’t stay “a job.” You’ll become part of the core team — the next-gen Star Tutor who will one day take over and scale the business.

You are right for this if you:

Stay humble enough to learn and reflective enough to work on mistakes.

Thrive on pressure, progress, and purpose.

Are a Winner and not a Whiner

You are not right for this if you:

Care more about comfort than growth.

Focus only on problems and not seek solutions

Want a short-term side gig instead of a long-term legacy.

Location: Kovan/Tampines/Clementi/Ang Mo Kio

Part-Time – Training provided.

Performance-based pay – You earn what you build. Find out more about our pay structure if you are shortlisted.

If you believe you can be more than a tutor — if you want to become the next face of Good School Learning Hub, send your resume and a short note titled “Why I’m the next English Star Tutor” to: *************

We want to hear your narrative. :)

Note: Remuneration shall commensurate with experience and qualifications. Work pass sponsorship is not available.

Pay: $45.00 - $85.00 per hour
