We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive who can independently handle day-to-day accounting work, maintain accurate financial records and support continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.

Good attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.

Basic understanding of tax treatment and statutory accounting requirements.

Comfortable working with large amounts of transaction and sales data.

Able to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of assigned work.

Experience in MLM, direct selling, commission-based or high-volume transaction businesses is an added advantage.

Handle daily accounting transactions, customer payments, receipts and invoices.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, payment vouchers and supporting documents.

Prepare and submit e-Invoices within the required timeline.

Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments where required.

Verify transaction, customer and commission-related information for accuracy.

Support month-end closing and preparation of financial / management reports.

Analyse sales and transaction data to identify discrepancies, trends or issues.

Use SQL Accounting and internal systems to improve accounting accuracy and reduce repetitive manual work.

Review and improve accounting workflows, controls and documentation.

Support tax-related accounting matters and provide relevant information for statutory / tax compliance.
