Kerja Sepenuh Masa Housekeeping Supervisor (Pavilion Bukit Jalil), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall
• Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposal and action
• Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior
• Conduct daily inspection on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as to follow up on rectification
• Support Manager in all housekeeping operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management and/or have attended Housekeeping related courses
• Minimum two (2) years of related working experience in a shopping mall, hotel or large facility
• Experience in managing a team of housekeeping employees
• Good knowledge in housekeeping processes and procedures
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
