Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support to global customers and merchants via live chat, email, ticketing systems, and online communities.
• Diagnose inquiries, handle escalations, and resolve disputes efficiently with practical, high-quality solutions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure while navigating CRM tools and updating case documentation.
• Follow standardized processes to deliver seamless, timely service across multiple international time zones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or call center operations (e-commerce or online marketplace experience is a strong plus).
• Technical & Typing Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office; minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy (typing test administered during interview).
• Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong logical thinking skills and a fast learning curve to troubleshoot merchant issues effectively.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working rotational shifts to support global coverage.
• Bonus: Prior experience supporting large, cross-border merchants is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
