Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer enquiries via email
• Perform basic transaction checks and verify the completeness of customer forms and supporting documents
• Engage customers who are considering policy surrender to understand their concerns and explain relevant product features, benefits and alternative options
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings when required and encourage suitable alternatives to policy surrender
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups, coordinate with the Contact Centre Team Lead and internal teams, and support other customer service and administrative duties
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
