About the role

As the Associate Director, Testing & Assurance, you will oversee the Operational Resilience Testing and Assurance program for CBRE. You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring our resilience frameworks are robust, compliant, and aligned with international standards such as ISO 22301. Based in Singapore, this role requires a proactive leader to facilitate complex crisis simulations, manage cross-functional testing activities, and drive continuous improvement across our global business units.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, coordination, and execution of incident response, business continuity, and crisis management tests.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive annual testing plan that satisfies regulatory, client, and audit requirements.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises and simulations, engaging senior stakeholders across various business lines and geographic locations.
• Direct testing activities across multiple functions, including Operations, Technology, Risk, and Third-Party Management.
• Analyze testing outcomes to identify vulnerabilities, trends, and improvement opportunities while tracking remediation progress.
• Enhance existing testing methodologies and tools to increase organizational effectiveness and credibility.
• Support regulatory interactions and audit submissions related to resilience testing and exercising.
• Serve as the deputy to the Director, Crisis Management (APAC), providing support during incident response and activation of crisis management plans.
  

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management, with a focus on testing complex, multi-agency plans.
• Proven expertise in leading and facilitating testing programs, including scenario design and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Deep familiarity with industry standards and international regulations, such as ISO 22301, ISO 22398, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act.
• Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a rigorous focus on detail and quality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-pressure environments or when managing conflicting demands.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CBCI or MBCI, are highly desirable.
