Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Executive / Manager to oversee revenue management, room pricing, reservations and booking operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities, managing online travel agency (OTA) platforms and ensuring smooth reservation operations across all booking channels.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in revenue management, account management, relationship management, business development or sales.

2. Experience in hospitality, travel, OTA platforms or related industries is preferred.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor revenue performance, occupancy rates and booking trends.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

6. Revenue-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

7. Familiarity with OTA platforms such as *************, Agoda and Airbnb is an added advantage.

8. Willingness to respond to urgent reservation or OTA matters during assigned standby periods, including outside normal working hours.

1. Monitor daily room rates, occupancy levels, reservations and booking performance.

2. Manage pricing, promotions and room availability across OTA platforms, including *************, Agoda and Airbnb.

3. Ensure reservation details, room rates, inventory and booking information are accurate and regularly updated.

4. Oversee daily booking operations across all channels to prevent overbookings, pricing errors and reservation discrepancies.

5. Analyse competitor pricing, market demand and booking trends to optimise revenue performance.

6. Prepare accurate daily and weekly revenue, occupancy and booking performance reports.

7. Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

8. Support management in revenue forecasting, pricing strategies and revenue optimisation.

9. Respond promptly to urgent reservation and OTA issues during assigned standby periods.

10. Ensure a smooth and satisfactory booking experience for all guests.

11. Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend strategies to improve profitability.

12. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
