Job Description
- Manage daily accounts payable activities to maintain accurate and timely payment processing.
- Review supplier invoices and supporting documents to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate payment schedules to support orderly financial operations.
- Maintain accounts payable records and documentation for clear financial reporting.
- Resolve invoice and payment queries with relevant internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on items requiring action.
- Prepare accounts payable information for internal financial reporting purposes.
- Improve accounts payable processes to support efficient and accurate work.
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- Experience managing accounts payable processes and payment activities.
- Strong knowledge of invoice review, payment scheduling and supplier account records.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial documentation and transaction records.
- Confidence in resolving invoice and payment-related queries.
- Ability to organise outstanding items and follow through on required actions.
- Experience preparing accounts payable information for financial reporting.
- Permanent employment contract.
- Monthly salary of MYR 64,800 to MYR 72,000.
