Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets for venue bookings and event packages.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners and event organisers.
• Handle customer enquiries, conduct venue tours, prepare quotations and close sales.
• Lead and supervise the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on event requirements, schedules, setup and logistics.
• Monitor event operations, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in event venue sales, wedding sales, banquet sales or hospitality.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no relevant experience but who are eager to learn may be considered for a Junior Executive position.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
