Job Title: Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in the manufacturing of castor wheels.
• Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Working Schedule:

• Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
• Off Days: Saturday and Sunday
• Working Hours:
• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Both normal and night shifts are required.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of SPM or equivalent.
• Skills:
• Ability to operate production machines and equipment efficiently.
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in both morning and night shifts as required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks as needed.
