5 Day Work Week , 10am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly maintained.

• Handle invoice processing, payment preparation, billing, and outstanding payment follow-ups.

• Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

• Maintain proper records of cash receipts, payment vouchers, supplier invoices, and expense claims, ensuring all transactions are supported by relevant documentation.

• Monitor outstanding receivables, payables, and payment schedules to support the company's daily financial operations.

• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and maintenance of accounting records in accordance with company policies and accounting procedures.

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and other accounting-related matters.
