The TMA Programme Coordinator organises the delivery and administration of TMA’s Pilates education programmes, ensuring that students and educators receive timely support and that courses, mentoring, examinations and certification processes run smoothly.

TMA Operations Coordinator

The role’s principal responsibilities are:
Balanced Body course coordination: plan the semester calendar, check educator availability and coordinate teaching assignments with the Education Director.

Student support and administration: respond to enquiries, maintain course interest lists, manage registrations, and coordinate practice sessions, mentoring, test-outs and certification follow-up.

Course delivery: arrange rooms, manuals, equipment and communications; oversee attendance and course-day readiness; collect feedback and submit student information to Balanced Body.

Systems and financial administration: maintain MBOL courses and packages, collect and check payments, process cancellation refunds, complete outstanding-visit checks and coordinate relevant payroll information and petty cash.

Programme promotion and business support: maintain Shopify content, work with Marketing on course uptake, prepare relevant reports, support pricing reviews, competitor research and open houses.

Special programme logistics: coordinate overseas trainers’ course requirements, travel arrangements and settlement processes, and administer CIRCLE products, video distribution and content updates.

This role suits someone organised, service-minded and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and details. Pilates experience is helpful but not essential: the ability to learn TMA’s programmes and processes quickly is more important. TMA’s Education Director provides technical guidance and educational expertise.
