Sales Executive – Home Lifestyle Products

(Bathroom & Kitchen Fittings, Lighting, Ceiling Fans)

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing home lifestyle team. In this role, you’ll guide homeowners in selecting premium bathroom and kitchen fittings, lighting solutions, ceiling fans, and related products—helping them bring their design ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on product features, finishes, compatibility, and installation requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, interior designers, and contractors
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, close sales, and coordinate timely deliveries
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing showroom that reflects our brand image
• Stay updated on new product launches, design trends, and customer preferences
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Manage leads, update CRM records, and prepare regular sales performance reports

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (interior, lighting, kitchen, or sanitaryware industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in home improvement with solid product knowledge
• Results-driven, independent, and a collaborative team player
• Confident in negotiation and problem-solving
• Fluent in English; additional local languages are a plus
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays (weekday off provided)
