Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Windows Infrastructure Engineer di VISEO ASIA - Maukerja

This is a build-and-design role, not a helpdesk/ops role. We need someone who can own the technical migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the estate and assist to re-architect the virtual desktop environment for scale, performance, and cost not just BAU support operations.

Responsibilities:

Windows 11 Migration

• Design and execute the end-to-end Win10→Win11 migration strategy (compatibility assessment, application packaging/remediation, pilot rings, rollback plan)
• Build and validate Autopilot/MDT/SCCM (or Intune) deployment pipelines for image builds and OS upgrades at scale
• Identify and resolve hardware/driver/application compatibility blockers (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, legacy app dependencies)
• Define and enforce security baseline (CIS/DISA STIG or client policy) as part of the build

VDI Architecture & Improvement

• Own the technical architecture of the virtual desktop environment (Citrix / VMware Horizon / Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365 — specify which stack)
• Re-design current VDI environment for performance, scalability, and cost optimization (image management, golden image lifecycle, profile management/FSLogix, storage/compute sizing)
• Design non-persistent vs. persistent desktop strategy aligned to user personas
• Lead capacity planning and DR/resilience design for the VDI platform
• Produce architecture documentation, HLD/LLD, and present design decisions to stakeholders.

• Azure infrastructure experience (networking, storage, identity — Entra ID).
• Relevant certs: Citrix CCE-V, VMware Horizon, Microsoft MD-102/AZ-140.
• Prior experience in MNC / regulated banking environment.
