Looking for a short-term opportunity with a structured Monday–Friday schedule?
Join us as a Customer Service Agent supporting a government hotline and assist members of the public with their enquiries!
Location: Bedok/Chai Chee
Contract Duration: 1 Month
️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours:
• Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Post-Training: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
Answer incoming calls and assist members of the public with their enquiries
Provide accurate information using approved scripts, guidelines, and procedures
Record caller information and enquiry details accurately in the system
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team or supervisor
Handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
Safeguard confidential and personal information at all times
Meet required customer service, quality, attendance, and productivity standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commit to the full 1-month contract
