About the Role

Golden Sari is looking for a hands-on Multimedia Designer skilled in video editing and graphic design to support our e-commerce marketing team.

You will work closely with an assigned marketer and our marketing strategist to produce advertising creatives, develop variations for testing, and improve content based on feedback and campaign results.

This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and enjoys producing creative work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Facebook and Instagram advertising, TikTok, Reels, and other marketing channels.
• Design advertising graphics, posters, banners, website visuals, and promotional materials.
• Produce creative variations using different hooks, opening visuals, text overlays, and presentation styles based on approved briefs.
• Add clear subtitles, suitable audio, and effective pacing to video content.
• Collaborate with marketers to understand the target audience, campaign objective, message, and call to action.
• Apply feedback and campaign insights to improve existing creatives and develop new versions.
• Assist with scheduled product photography and video shoots when required.
• Check branding, approved product information, prices, spelling, and technical specifications before submission.
• Maintain organised source files, project files, exports, and a daily production tracker.
• Communicate production issues early and meet agreed deadlines.

Production Targets and KPIs

1. Daily Creative Output

Produce a minimum of three completed advertising creatives per working day, comprising a planned mix of videos and graphic designs.

Each creative must meet the agreed brief and quality checklist. Meaningful variations may count as separate outputs when specified in the brief. Minor corrections and format-only exports do not count as new creatives.

Timelines for complex projects and scheduled shoots will be agreed in advance.

2. Daily Review and Delivery

Submit work for the scheduled daily review, complete agreed revisions within the assigned deadline, and update the production tracker before the end of the working day.

3. Quality and Accuracy

Check every submission for clear visuals and audio, accurate subtitles, approved product information, correct pricing, consistent branding, and appropriate export settings.

4. Creative Improvement

Participate in weekly creative reviews and apply feedback to subsequent work. Performance will be assessed through output, quality, turnaround time, organisation, and improvement.

Requirements

• Able to edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or an equivalent editing application.
• Able to create graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
• Good understanding of visual composition, typography, video pacing, and social media content.
• Able to follow briefs, contribute ideas, accept constructive feedback, and make revisions efficiently.
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working with daily production targets.
• Able to work on-site in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan.
• Basic product photography and videography skills are an advantage.
• Experience producing e-commerce advertising creatives is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a suitable portfolio are encouraged to apply.
