Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Java & Python, React/Vue) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java backend development and at least one modern frontend framework (ReactJS or Vue.js), enabling the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust full-stack solutions and contribute across the entire software development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
  • Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and business logic components.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS or Vue.js.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across frontend and backend layers.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Follow software engineering best practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.


General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.


Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java Development.
  • Experience building and supporting Full Stack Java applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS or Vue.js (experience in both is an advantage).
  • Experience with Python for application development, scripting, or automation.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Git and source control best practices.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application deployment processes.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
