Job Details

• Assist with daily business and team support activities
• Support client outreach, follow-ups and appointment coordination
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports and business materials
• Maintain and update records, documents and relevant databases
• Provide administrative support and assist with company activities when required

Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating with clients and team members
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
