About the role

We’re looking for an Art Director and hands-on content creator with beauty experience to help shape global work for a renowned bath brand that champions women.

You understand the modern, confident attitude the brand celebrates: expressive, self-assured and unapologetic about taking up space. You know how to bring that spirit to life through content that feels authentic, culturally relevant and distinctive.

You’ll work alongside our creative team to develop concepts and bring them to life across advertising, social and digital platforms. From shaping the visual direction of a campaign to creating a TikTok, building a social post, or turning a cultural moment into a reactive idea, you’ll be involved from concept through to execution.

You’re a social media native who loves making content and brings the creative discipline of an agency art director. You can turn a strategic insight into an exciting idea, explain how that idea answers the brief, and protect the brand’s identity as it takes on different formats and cultural contexts. You’ll move fluidly between polished campaign work and fast-turnaround social content, balancing creative ambition with the speed and responsiveness that social demands.

In close collaboration with our team and clients, you’ll create work with a clear point of view, a high bar for craft and the cultural understanding to connect with women globally.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Develop strategically grounded ideas that bring the brand’s attitude, beauty benefits and sensorial experience to life across campaigns and social.
• Create, shoot, direct and edit platform-native content alongside our production lead, from short-form videos to creator-led concepts and campaign assets.
• Own visual direction and brand guardianship, maintaining a distinctive identity, consistent tone and high standard of craft.
• Turn beauty insights, cultural conversations and emerging trends into timely ideas that resonate across global markets.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production and account teams to develop compelling, executable work from concept to delivery.
• Present and refine ideas with clients, clearly explaining the creative rationale and responding constructively to feedback.
• Guide creators across markets and manage multiple deadlines, preserving creative quality and brand consistency at speed.

What are we looking for?

• Take a hands-on role alongside our production lead in creating, shooting, directing and editing platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Own the visual direction and act as a brand guardian, ensuring a distinctive identity, consistent tone and high standard of craft across all outputs.
• Turn insights from beauty culture, women’s communities and emerging trends into timely ideas that resonate globally while respecting local nuances.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production and account teams to take ideas from concept to execution, balancing creative ambition with practical requirements.
• Present and refine ideas directly with clients, clearly articulating creative rationale and responding constructively to feedback.
• Guide creators across markets to deliver work that stays true to the brand, managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
