Job Scope:
• Verify customers’ appointments and assist walk-in customers with visit enquiries
• Issue queue tickets and troubleshoot basic queue system issues
• Handle general enquiries on housing and car park matters
• Assist customers with booking or rescheduling appointments and submitting e-Feedback forms
• Guide customers in using e-Kiosks, AXS Machines and Cash Payment Kiosks
• Monitor kiosk functionality and report technical issues or breakdowns to supervisors
• Assist customers in retrieving documents from other government agencies via e-Kiosks
• Support customers with HFE applications and document submissions using mobile phones or e-Kiosks
• Assist with measuring vehicle dimensions for Season Parking declarations
• Ensure digital display panels are functioning and displaying accurate content
• Manage queues and crowd control to maintain a safe and orderly environment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $15/H
