Job Description:

• Ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness.
• Plan, implement, & monitor project execution.
• Build relationships with client, retail stores, & stakeholders.
• Liaise with client & conduct monthly reviews.
• Analyze reports & provide market intelligence insights.
• Develop & maintain SOPs & operational processes.
• Manage manpower allocation, recruitment, itinerary approvals.
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance & execution quality.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong project management & leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & reporting tools.
• Good communication, presentation, & stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel for field visits & client meetings.

Preferred Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the merchandizing industry.
• Proven experience managing FMCG field operations.
• Experience leading merchandizing teams & client accounts.
• Strong analytical, planning, & problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling multinational clients especially cosmetic or personal care company is an advantage.
